Customized Force Spring
Application
Constant-force springs, also known as constant-force springs, coils, and springs, are made of stainless steel tape. The high-strength steel strip is shaped by a specific machine. When the external force straightens it, the spring will naturally rewind and produce.
Elasticity, however, our goal is to return to our designated starting point after the shifting element. The advantages of constant force springs over traditional wire springs:
1. Extremely high output in a very small installation space.
2. Maintain a certain elastic force in all strokes. The pre-force stroke is short, that is, the required elastic force can be achieved after a short stroke. The original length is smaller than the line spring, and the stroke is unlimited.
The constant force spring has the characteristic of maintaining a constant force in a long stroke.
Characteristics of Constant force spring
1. Rewinding force (zero gradient).
2. When stretched to a length of 1.25 times the outer diameter, a fixed force is reached.
3. There is no friction between the coils (smooth operation)
Constant force spring application products
Product applications that require linear motion such as round trip, taxi, stretch, homing, balance, or labor saving, such as take-up reels, car-filled scroll retractable USB transmission lines, vacuum cleaner take-up reels, pet dog dogs
Various types of springs: compression springs torsion springs, tension springs, profile springs, sofa springs, coil springs, battery springs

Customized Torsion Spring
Application
The torsion spring, also known as the torsion spring, can generate large elastic deformation when loaded, and convert mechanical or kinetic energy into deformation energy.
After unloading, the deformation of the torsion spring disappears and returns to the original state, and the deformation energy is converted into mechanical work or kinetic energy. The modern torsion spring torsion bar is made of steel with excellent elasticity. The form also has a great change.
There are springs inside the mechanical watch, power springs in the toy gyro gun, and torque rods in the tank and the car. Torque bar with small volume and large torque, as a shock absorber for transportation vehicles
- The torsion spring controls the movement of the machine, such as the valve spring in the internal combustion engine, the control spring in the clutch, the control spring of the cinema seat, and the like.
- The torsion spring absorbs vibration and impact energy. The universal spring machine is such as a buffer spring under the car, the train compartment, and a vibration absorbing spring in the coupling.
- Torsion springs can store and output energy as power, such as clock springs, springs in firearms, and so on.
- Torsion springs are used as load cells, such as dynamometers, springs in spring scales, etc.The ratio of load to deformation of a spring is called spring stiffness. The greater the stiffness, the harder the spring.
