On 01/22/19, Unison held an end-of-year party to celebrate our sales growth. For the past years, Unison has been dedicated in the business of precision milled, turned parts and working on many other machining solutions with our affiliated companies and coating partners (stamping, laser cutting, plastic injection, anodisation, plating, painting, oxidation, to name just a few).
Apparently, we've been very successful in this business as our sales have picked up significantly this year, and expect to make a even higher performance. As a result, by throwing this year-end banquet, the management team showed the appreciation to Unison's employees for hard working performance this year and enhanced employee-employer relationship.
To have a little throwback in 2018, here's what we achieved:
We extended both our sales team and sales range.
Besides the three excellent sales managers https://unisontekco.com/contact/, more able sales persons and engineers have joined this big family, and our team's now bigger, stronger than ever.
On top of that, with more people joining, we are now expanding our machining services to a wider range of industries, hoping to provide our service to those who need them, and together create more business opportunities in this ever-changing global village.
We established new office for new employees and set up new inspection lab.
In order to accommodate more employees, we've been re-arranging and upgrading our facility last year. With that we also procured more equipments to reinforce our inspection capabilities.
We visited current/ new customers in the East Coast of the States in June.
Joining this exciting trip with our Vice President Mr. Yen, Mr. Yang and Mr. Wu, our two senior, experienced sales managers. Together they had fruitful disucssions with our long-cooperated customers in the States. Along the way, they've also established new-found relationships with new customers, who are now building up closer cooperation with us.
Without question, we will soar to a new height in 2019.
During our End-of-Year party, all employees had an awesome night, enjoyed the time and delicious cuisines. Our host was our engineer manager, who turned out to be not only excellent at his job, but has some great potential to be a host/ entertainer. He also sang a famous Japanese song that symbolized prosperous year.
We also played games in the party to enhance employees’ relationship. It was the night that each member at UT will cherish forever.
