Purchasing Expectations:

1. We can Provide video and facility machine list
2. RFQ turn around needed by 7 days(For lathe Machining Parts 3 days are normal)
3. Purchase order acknowledgement within 24 hours
4. Review Rev on every PO – make sure PO Rev and Drawing Rev match
5. Open Order Report Weekly – Review and Confirm delivery schedule to buyer by Wednesday
6. Photo of fixtures once created - Assets
7. Need tracking numbers e-mailed after all shipments are made
8. All questions are to be referred to Clients

Quality Expectations for First Article:

1. All First Article parts to be manufactured the same as mass production parts. Haas does not want manual production methods or any short cuts used for these test parts!
2. We complete (all actual dimensions) Inspection Report, material & process certifications, and email to client (see AQL plan)
3. We can ship First Article parts after your approval. If not approved, contact us for instructions.
4. All questions are to be referred to Clients.
